Lake Champlain Water Use Advisory Lifted between South Bay Outlet and Ticonderoga Ferry Crossing

The Lake Champlain Fish and Wildlife Management Cooperative announces that temporary water use restrictions associated with the recent sea lamprey control treatment of the Poultney and Hubbardton Rivers will be lifted for all lake water users located between the outlet of South Bay and the Ticonderoga ferry crossing, effective 10:00 a.m. today Monday October, 3.

Monitoring indicates that the chemical has dissipated in this area of Lake Champlain and that normal uses may be resumed.
