Vermont's Baby Safe Haven Law offers you safe places you can give up your baby anonymously and legally.

If I ever got pregnant, I probably wouldn't tell my parents. I think thats the way a lot of kids are. Are you pregnant? Scared? Here's a number to call. 1 (800) 649-4357. Or go online to babysafehaven.vt.gov. We'll help you figure it out. Sixteen years ago, I was found abandoned in the woods. I could have died; but I didn't. Today there are more choices. We'll refer you to a public health nurse, who can help you find prenatal care, financial assistance, give you adivce about your options, and refer you to an adoption agency. Please don't abandon your baby; there is a better way. And remember it's 100% confidential. Please call 1 (800) 649-4357, or go to babysafehaven.vt.gov.
