Billing Options

A subscription account allows you to select from two billing options for transaction fees you incur while using online subscriber services: Direct Debit, or Monthly Invoice. Subscribers will be billed at the beginning of each month, for their previous month's activity.

  • Direct Debit (ACH): Your banking institution automatically deducts the billed amount from your bank account monthly. This electronic payment option utilizes Vermont.gov's secure socket layer (SSL) software state-of-the-art 128-bit encryption to ensure that your personal and financial information cannot be intercepted during transmission or processing. All electronic payment information is stored securly and safety and is only used to process automatic payments for your subscriber account.
  • Monthly Invoice: Receive a monthly invoice in the mail. There are no monthly minimums on invoices and you will only be billed for your usage of Vermont.gov subscriber services in the previous month. If no billable usage has occurred, you will not receive a monthly invoice.
